In case you’re wondering where I suddenly dropped off the face of the earth to?  There was a snowpocalypse at our properties in Virginia and have had to deal with quite alot of property damage ;).  I’ll be back posting quite soon!

Today, we got lost.  Not really lost, just decided to go for a drive and roll down the avenues and streets that we never travel.  Pine Island Road is a treasure well hidden in a slightly removed area of Bluffton, SC.  It’s beautiful scenery, the driftwood, the oyster beds, views of the May River…..all waiting to be soaked in by those who venture onto the side streets.

The storms of life are designed to make you bendable, moldable, and strong. Clearly this tree learned to bend to the wind and be twisted without snapping.
